Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Melinda's hot honey
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • 12 oz wild-caught salmon ((cut into 3 oz portions))
  • Superfood Sprinkle Hot Stuff

Instructions

    In a small bowl, whisk together the hot honey, sesame oil, red wine vinegar, and lime juice.

    Brush the mixture generously onto your salmon portions.

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and sear the salmon for 4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

    Drizzle with your favorite vinaigrette or keep it simple with a squeeze of lemon and a touch of olive oil. Top with a sprinkle of Hot Stuff for an extra flavor boost.
