Ingredients

  • 1 package Simply Delish pudding (I used vanilla.) (Use my code CHEFMAREYA15 at simplydelish.net and get 15% off!)
  • 2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt (You can use non-dairy.)
  • 2 cups sugar-free 70% or more dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Optional: Chopped nuts

Instructions

    Whisk together pudding powder and Greek yogurt until smooth.

    Pour into popsicle mold and sprinkle a few chocolate chips then freeze.

    Once fully frozen, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a glass bowl. Put it in the microwave (or over double burner) for 2 min.

    Allow to cool for five minutes.
Note: Adjust spices to taste. Enjoy your meal!
