Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk ((or water))
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • ½ tsp Sports Research Creatine Monohydrate (https://www.sportsresearch.com/products/creatine-monohydrate)

Instructions

    Simmer oats in milk/water for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat and stir in protein powder until smooth.

    Sprinkle hemp seeds and berries on top for added nutrients and flavor. Add the creatine.
