Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut, or hemp milk
  • 1 frozen banana, cut in half ((peel on!))
  • 2/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp granulated stevia
  • ½ cup ice
  • Topping: ¼ tsp ground cinnamon ((plus more for garnish))

Instructions

    In a blender, combine your milk, banana, pumpkin puree, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.

    Add vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, stevia, ice, and cinnamon. Blend for another 15 seconds.

    Pour into glasses, sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon, and enjoy ice-cold!
