Ingredients

  • 1 full container Good Culture nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop chocolate Sports Research protein powder (Use my code ChefMareya20 for 20% off my favorite protein and creatine at www.sportsresearch.com)
  • 1 scoop Sports Research creatine powder (for each cup)
  • Sliced nectarines and raspberries (or your favorite fresh fruit)
  • Low sugar cereal or granola
  • Local honey

Instructions

    In a blender, combine the entire container of cottage cheese with one scoop of Sports Research chocolate protein powder.

    For an added muscle and brain boost, stir in a scoop of creatine for each cheesecake cup.

    Once blended, spoon the mixture into individual serving cups.

    Top each cup with fresh nectarine slices, raspberries, and your choice of low-sugar cereal or granola for a crunchy topping.
