Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 2 tbsp Melinda's Gochuchang Sauce
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • dash of Sea salt and pepper
  • 1-2 heads butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped fine

Instructions

    Saute ground chicken over medium heat in non-stick pan, about 7-8 min; add Chinese 5 spice.

    Whisk together sauce ingredients

    Assemble lettuce cups, top w/ veggies and sauce. ENJOY!!
